Excessive television viewing also increase risk of depression in older women
While it is known that abuse is not good television , and, among other consequences, may potentiate the sedentary and overweight or obese carry . A new U.S. study found a new reason to limit the use of television, increase the risk of depression in older women .

The current study was conducted by specialists from the School of Public Health at Harvard and analyzed the influence of television in a group of women over 63 years . Specifically, we found that those females who spent three or more hours a day in this activity had a 13 percent increased risk for depression .

By contrast, older women who made a daily activity per hour and a half or more reduced the likelihood of depression in the future by 20 percent .

The researchers emphasized that the exercise not only improves self-esteem of people, and older women in this case, but also increases the level of endorphins in the blood, thus increasing welfare and promotes good humor .

Based on this relationship, Dr. Michel Lucas, director of research, said that the first hypothesis that manages to explain why too much television increases the likelihood of depression, is that by doing no physical activity.

The combination between that lack of physical activity and sedentary behavior (such as watching television) points to these women as individuals with a high risk of depression .

Personally, I would add that you should also influence the quality of what you see: see all day sure bad news and negativity will increase the risk of depression. If you are watching television, rather than things are more relaxed.

Yogurt: A Complete Food
The yogurt is one of the most delicious and nutritious desserts there. Its unique taste and its beneficial bacteria, great for the immune system, have been instrumental in feeding humans for centuries. So much so, that many experts believe that yogurt was known long before agriculture. Moreover, not only as dessert is exquisite alone or with sugar, jam, honey or fruit, is also an essential ingredient of numerous sauces for pasta, salads and meats.

Origin of yogurt

The name comes from the yogurt in a Bulgarian word ‘jaurt’. It is precisely in the Balkans and Asia Minor from which this dairy delicacy. Nomadic tribes quickly realized that the milk became a semi-solid mass that carried in goatskin bags, because the heat and contact with skin milk goat fermentation promoted by the action of acid bacteria .

The ease of transport, storage and nutritional yogurt became a staple food for these people. Some historians believe that Genghis Khan forced his troops to take this product for strength and have an enviable health.

Yogurt is known in different parts of the world and soon joined the kitchen of many civilizations. The Greeks used it to cure stomach and intestinal problems. Meanwhile, in India, was known as ‘dahi’ food that is attributed to the gods.

Nutritional properties

Following the discoveries of Metchnikoff, a Nobel laureate in 1908, the yogurt has become a popular food in the twentieth century. The longevity of the Balkan peoples caught the attention of many researchers, including Metchnikoff, who thanks to his studies showed what were the effects of bacteria in yogurt on the intestinal flora.

Living organisms of this food transforms lactose into lactic acid, a compound that prevents the development of harmful bacteria in the gut resulting from the breakdown of food. The researcher also found interesting nutritional properties derived from its large number of B vitamins

The action on the digestive system becomes a real yogurt natural defense against all types of infections and diseases. Furthermore, it reduces cholesterol and to absorb the fat much more easily, and to balance the gut, controlling the possible cases of diarrhea and constipation. It also minimizes the negative effects of antibiotics and protects the stomach from erosion produced by certain drugs.

Today there are many varieties of yogurt. Careful preparation by tanks and homogenized pasteurized milk can give the necessary conditions to generate the bacteria that make this a unique food product. The ingredients and method of production determines the types of yogurt: liquid, cream, nonfat, with fruit, and so on. Below, we detail the nutritional value of yogurt per 100 ml:

The benefits of yogurt bacteria, vitamins and minerals

Obviously, one of the greatest qualities of yogurt is the significant amount of calcium. The yogurt thus become an essential partner for strong bones and teeth. Their proteins, fats and carbohydrates , with a predominance of lactose-sufficient energy supply to the body as to face the hard day’s work and academic.

The India
The good thing about yogurt is that, in addition, non-fattening. The fat varieties are recommended in all diets slimming, supplying energy and basic nutrients, but in turn provide very few calories. Vitamins A and B, folic acid, and the content of phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, zinc and iodine supplement the nutritional content of this essential product in the diet .

Two lactic acid bacteria do the rest: The lactobacillus bulgaricus and streptococcus thermophilus, which remain alive after fermentation and offer yogurt acidity and distinctive flavor, and protect and regulate the intestinal flora. We can only enjoy the beneficial properties of these enzymes if we keep the yogurt at low temperature.

What is yogurt and how it develops

There is some confusion in the market about the health benefits of lactic acid bacteria contained in the various types of yoghurt. In fact, only yogurt that milk coagulated obtained by lactic acid fermentation due to Lactobacillus bulgaricus and thermophilus spreptococcus. The yogurts have a minimum of 100 million viable microorganisms per gram of yogurt. Only these two bacteria are those of plain yogurt.

Not considered, therefore, natural bacteria in the yogurt or the active bifidus and casei immunitas L, although its properties are beneficial and increase the body’s ability to defend against external aggression.

Yogurt is used to produce the fermentation of sour milk. A pasteurized milk are added to previously selected lactobacillus cultures and spreptococcus and allowed to ferment for an extended period, between 6 and 23 hours. Once achieved under optimal conditions, the result is left to stand in sterile containers.

The active bifidus is a strain of bifidobacteria that is incorporated into some dairy products and juices, while the L casei immunitass is lactobacillus found in the intestinal flora of man. Products with L casei immune traded what they do is increase the amount that the human and natural features of this type of bacillus.

Regular consumption of dairy products in Spain is quite low compared with the habits of the Nordic countries, for example that strictly meet the recommended medical dose. A daily yogurt is more than enough to ensure the benefits this product brings to our organization. The body needs from 2 to 4 servings of dairy per day, which will be 125 grams and 60 grams yogurt, fresh cheese.

The yogurt in the kitchen

This product is much more than just a dessert when we talk about its culinary properties. True, it may be delicious alone or with nuts, honey, sugar, fruit, cereals or jam, but we can also use it as an ingredient in cakes, pies, ice cream and desserts all types of milk component.

A yogurt is the best option to take after meals, but also a good way to start your day. Taking this dairy product for breakfast, get a bowel preparation to receive food from the rest of the day.

We can also use as an ingredient in many sauces: avocado, mushrooms, mint, tomato … that are used to flavor chicken, salads, ham, fish and shellfish, egg, vegetable gardeners … the limit is your imagination.

Film and Pediatrics (97). Movies about teen pregnancy (1)
The Teenage pregnancies are pregnancies in the stage of adolescence (WHO established between 10 and 19 years), usually in women who have not reached the legal age of majority (varies for different countries), and adolescents and women who are pregnant for dependent family of origin. According to the Save the Children , every year 13 million children born to women under age 20 worldwide, over 90% in so-called developing countries. Most teenage pregnancies pregnancies are considered unwanted caused by the practice of sex without contraception. In developed countries, data on teenage pregnancies confirmed a relationship with lower educational levels, higher poverty rates, and other family instability and social development.

The pregnant teenagers , as well as facing the same situation as any other pregnant woman, must contend with greater desproteción, with greater concerns about their health and socioeconomic status (specially those younger than 15 years and adolescents in countries with low medical care and no social protection). Personal situations, family, social, medical and psychological surrounding the pregnancy of a teenager are a bonanza for the film. In this series of Film and Pediatrics and we talked about the three teenage girls pregnancy (corresponding to three interesting films): Juno, a cute 16 year old girl who becomes pregnant by a friend and makes us reflect on this issue from a perspective encouraging, closer to comedy than to drama ( Juno , Jason Reitman, 2007), Aviva, 13 years, wants children to have someone to love and draws us into a particular world, between reality and dream ( Palindromes , Solonz Tod, 2004) and Precious, the black teenager of 16 morbidly obese, illiterate and living in Harlem and shows us the purest social drama, in which the pregnancy is only the end point of a family uprooting marked ( Precious , Lee Daniels, 2009). But many other films have dealt with this issue. A cursory review at our next two entries.

Stork goodbye, goodbye (Manuel Summers, 1971): two gangs of adolescent boys and girls in Spain in the late 60′s, without any sex education, which comes first sight between a couple. The girl becomes pregnant and, lest his parents, does not have at home what has happened, and be her boyfriend and both gangs who take matters into preparing for the birth. Sweetened story of Manuel Summers, in his day, captivated the public by the novelty of seeing events reflected in the screen and dialogue realistically depicting the experiences and concerns of adolescence at the time. The film is related directly to the first story of the two that had pink to yellow (1963), Summers’ debut as a director. For that success, stork Goodbye, goodbye had a sequel: The child is our (1973), where again a girl from a gang of teenagers (repeat previous film actors) becomes pregnant, unable to keep his son, he is sent to an orphanage run by nuns and shows how from the whole gang try to retrieve the baby.

For Keeps (John G. Avildsen, 1988): two students (Stan and his girlfriend Darcy), about to enter good universities, their plans are disrupted when they discover that she is pregnant. Padres want to give it up for adoption, but Darcy’s mother prefers to abort it, because of their own bad experience of being abandoned by her husband. Contrary to the opinion of their families, they continue their fatherhood and responsibility associated, avoiding problems (including postpartum depression after the birth of child).

The kids in my life (Penny Marshall, 2001): Based on the autobiography of Beverly D’Onofrio, tells between comedy and drama the story of Bev (Drew Barrymore), a smart girl who dreams of someday moving to New York and become a writer. Typical fickle and rebellious teenager who, at age 15, learns she is pregnant by Ray (Steve Zahn). a little boy awake. And that pregnancy occurs while that of his best friend Fay (Brittany Murphy). Faced with his family, Bev has to leave school and marry Ray. After six years of marriage, Bev discovers that her husband is a drug addict who spent all their savings, so that the marriage is broken and alone Bev faces raising her son Jason. Narrated with a judicious flashback, the dynamics of the characters at different times, mixing past and present allows us to discover how relations evolve between the protagonists. And with a background lesson: despite what a parent wants for himself, rather than anything else to think about the happiness of their children.

Different themes emerge in these movies about teenage pregnancy. One of the most important are related to family context and feelings that trigger a story like that about a teenage daughter (pain, disappointment, bitterness, pride or love, in different doses), a daughter is not emotionally ready for a commitment so important vital as motherhood at such a young age. Surprised to learn that in a survey conducted in Spain in 2010, up to 22% of respondents between 12 and 16 years claimed to have made sexual intercourse at that age, which shows the high risk of a pregnancy in an adolescent . About 11,000 teens under 18 become pregnant each year in Spain , of which two thirds end in abortion. Hard to look the other way with this reality.

Ecovillage Network Iberian, ecology and practice of community life.
Hundreds of towns and villages in Spain are abandoned for decades. Sunk into oblivion, without institutional support, the chances of retaking the rural activity is done in our time, an extremely complex task. Ecovillages are one of the most innovative ideas for the recovery of community life in rural areas and the revitalization of the people. Much of them were created in towns and territories that have been abandoned long ago and are usually in very poor start. Mostly, they are people coming from the cities in the ecovillage seeking a reunion with the rural environment and nature.

Despite the many difficulties that arise during the project creation and consolidation of ecovillages (local rejection, internal problems of relationship, lack of resources, lack of work, problems with the administration), today Ecovillage Network welcomes Iberian a dozen people and projects, only a decade after its founding.

José Luis Escorihuela, ‘Ulysses’ is the alma mater of the network in the state. Degree in Mathematics (Zaragoza) and Philosophy (Paris-Sorbonne), urban life was during his professor of mathematics at the University of Zaragoza. He is founder, in turn, the association Selb Sustainable Living and has published “The Way is made by walking. The modern individual sustainable community.” Ulysses is a source of energy and ideas, always eager for new concepts, and to redefine everything you need rethinking. Always ready to direct and sincere commitment. A visionary who has been instrumental in the collaboration and coordination of the diverse experiences of community life ecovillagers of the Peninsula.

Ulysses, I witnessed your fundamental commitment to the creation of the EIR and all the initial difficulties. Explain briefly how it turned out for the Foundation throughout the process.

The EIR was created in the meeting that took place in Artosilla ecovillage [Pyrenees of Huesca] in 1999. At the meeting in 1998, which was in Permaculture Montsant, Agnieszka Komoch, then president of GEN-Europe [Global Ecovillage Network], came to Spain and presented the European network, but the EIR was not created until a year later. For several years I took myself to move the issue and go calling on existing communities to participate and be part of the network. The next meeting was in Amayuelas de Abajo (Palencia), in 2000. And then came the events of The Arenalejos and seed, in the south. Until I went to Lakabe (Navarra) in 2003, there was no relief. From that year Mauge Mabel and began to involve more and I was slowly pulling away from the coordinator, but I kept for as long as a representative of the EIR in the European network. I was in the GEN-Europe meeting in Lakabe (2000), La Flechiere (2002), CAT (2003) and in all from 2006 to 2009.

Have you missed the vision to understand the commitment as more global, as well as local? Perhaps there was reluctance at first to form a statewide network?

I think the difficulty is finding the balance between global and local commitment. Some people feel comfortable to create or participate in large national or international networks, but without much basis, with no local roots. Others are the opposite occurs. They know very well their homeland and fight to defend it, but can not find time or even care to know is happening in other lares and how we can learn from each other. For me, the ideal would be to create a community with both types of people so that they can learn from each other and jointly meet both needs.

What ecovillage is currently in the EIR?

Today, part of the EIR Artosilla-Taldea, Lakabe, Matavenero, Huts, Valdepielagos, Pinos del Conde, Arcadia, Garden of Aquarius, and El Cortijo Valley Sensations. And as collective partners: Straw bales Network, Southeast Permaculture Network, Ecohousing, Selb Sustainable Living, Suns …

What does society a set of ecovillages?

From the GEN-Europe has become convinced that they will not create many more ecovillages in the coming years. The difficulties are many. But its value is enormous, as laboratories of experimentation with new technologies in the environmental dimension, as in social and economic. It looks like a model exportable to most social, maybe it’s too demanding, but they are good places for people to come to experience and practice a new way of life more sustainable. That knowledge can be then back to our towns and cities to go slowly incorporating some of the ideas that arise in ecovillages. This is what is being done now with the creation of an educational program ecovillagers [EDE: Ecovillage Design Education], with the support of UNITAR (United Nations Agency for Research Units and Training). The EDE is offered at many ecovillages in the world, as well as universities and other educational institutions. I am coordinating the online version of this program (GEDS: Gaia Education Design for Sustainability), offered in Spanish and English through the UOC [UOC].

The project of the Foundation Rune Felix Rodriguez de la Fuente encourages and promotes the natural convergence between rural and nature. What are the experiences Rune community as an ecovillage?

More on
Felix Rodriguez
University of Zaragoza
As you know, the ecovillage concept applies not only to rural communities. More and more people interested in urban ecovillages. And indeed, the EDE courses focused on developing urban ecovillage ecobarrios and are increasingly in demand. In rural areas would have to be almost natural to turn our young people in ecovillages, to ensure the convergence of which you speak. Ecovillagers proposals on the ecological dimension of sustainability (spatial design, food production, construction, energy, water, etc..) Are fully respectful of nature, but also in almost all European ecovillages are settled out programs’ restoration ‘, ie to intervene in degraded ecosystems (for the man, naturally) to regain its former glory. On the other hand, the social dimension of sustainability, the ecovillage active in participatory decision-making forms, inclusive, more democratic, both internally and in collaboration with existing external community.

Let’s talk about the problems and joys are most common in an ecovillage.

The main problem is our difficulty in community life. Above all, by not knowing what it means. And the lack of appropriate tools to solve this constant tension between individual and collective. Without that knowledge, and without those tools conflicts arise quickly. In many cases, derailing projects, however, in other respects were well under way. On the other hand, living in community has great advantages in satisfying our material and emotional needs: integration, support, care, love, etc.. Indeed, recent studies confirm that a good network of relationships, something that is inherent in community life, is a key factor in having good health.

As a person traveling, interacting with different people from different countries and who knows about the environmental situation in each area, how you appreciate, in return, the Spanish nature?

I do not think that Spain is different from other European countries. The development is firmly rooted in our Western culture and still has more power than any idea of conservation or protection of natural ecosystems and local communities. To the extent that economic development has brought material comfort is even considered ‘progressive’. As you know, unions have little class environmentalists. It seems very unlikely that this way of seeing the world change if the protection of nature is associated with an increased quality of life. I think that still, for some time, have to ‘sell’ nature as a good for human beings before it recognizes that the natural world has value in itself.

Tell us a little more detail the draft community life that have called Taldea. Why was the need?

In Taldea are now 6 people (4 and 2 founders ‘friends’). The idea was to create a more community space within the town of Artosilla, although given the difficulties in developing this project we are open to go elsewhere. car shipping At the moment we are presenting our project in various forums, workshops and we stayed in and we work Artosilla personal relationships. This is exactly our forte. Twice a week were to ‘share’ and heal the emotional level that can bother us. We use techniques of ‘nonviolent communication’ and ‘group process’.

In line with this we’re talking about. I am interested in your perception of the human dimension. Do you think, as some writers have said that the current environmental crisis is actually based on a crisis of human being?

It may be a little exaggeration to say that is due to a crisis of human values. In each historical moment the human being does what he does, namely the limit leads to an idea, a way of seeing the world that is responsible for transmitting culture from one generation to another. When the outcome of their actions contradict their expectations began to change. First, some people just see it later becomes mainstream. The only difference, which is no small-between this crisis and others that were in the past is its scope and its possible irreversibility. Although it is a global environmental crisis I have clear that the human being as a whole has begun to realize the need for change, further change is already underway, so that in time of crisis would be resolved . The problem is: We have time before it becomes irreversible and the planet from under conditions that make it impossible for the higher life?

Copenhagen in December 2009. I do not know how far you’ve followed the international conference, but what you feel is at a meeting that had to be the vital principle of agreements and has been in what is left?

I followed carefully what Copenhagen, as were some in the EIR and a large delegation of the European ecovillage. If you have to be honest, I did not expect otherwise. When I said earlier that the change has already begun, in the sense that many people are working on many levels, or adapting your life to a more sustainable way of life, I lacked that political leaders, ultimately represent the social majorities or are not aware, or more likely are quite cowardly and afraid of losing that much-needed popular support to remain at his post. I think that level of social majority, much remains to be done.

Create a sparkling wine from the fermentation of fresh orange juice.
The company is preparing to launch Andalusian Vegasud sparkling first obtained from the fermentation of orange juice natural, after verifying the success of the research and innovation that has allowed this sparkling collection, to be marketed under the brand name and Burnarj whose official presentation to professional channels of distribution and hospitality is expected later this November.

Andalusian businesswoman Maria Dolores Jiménez Aguilar has promoted this original and innovative entrepreneurship, which adds to its broad and intense activity as a business entrepreneur and institutional Cordoba. Jimenez Aguilar is also currently CEO of the SA Jicaro builder dedicated to civilian infrastructure, as well as CEO and managing director of Hotel Castillo de Montemayor, one of the hotels and catering flagship Cordoba province.

Also, this entrepreneur leads other companies as CEO in the field of civil engineering and construction, agribusiness, renewable energy and sustainability. It was the first woman president of the Cordova Chamber of Commerce and vice president of the Confederation of Employers of Córdoba (CECO) and still present in the world of business organization in various associations and organizations, which assumes different levels of organizational responsibility.

Looking at this innovative initiative sparkling ‘with typical Andalusian’, as he likes to call it to his mentor, we note that, although it is a product that has nothing to do with those obtained from the fermentation of grapes, the process Burnarj processing is similar to that used by winemakers to produce cavas and champagnes.

The raw material is the natural juice of oranges first quality, which in its first obtained the alcoholic fermentation required for each of their presentations: Nature or Semi Dry Light. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle. In this step, the bubble will occur naturally, his own carbon emitted by fermented juice and not carbonated or artificially added gases. Therefore, Burnarj is a sparkling natural orange, no added water, obtained through a double fermentation

Oranges in the river Guadalquivir
The production of oranges in the Vega del Guadalquivir is one of the largest in Europe. In both its quantity and quality, these citrus fruits are demanded by the most demanding markets, and has become an important source of income for the region.

Today, a very significant share of production of oranges is intended for marketing as fresh fruit, both in the domestic market and abroad. Another part of this harvest is destined for the beverage industry but, although there are large number of presentations that are based on the orange-juice, and carbonated soft drinks, syrups, liqueurs, among others, so far not been considered the possibility of fermenting orange juice as is done with other fruits for a frothy as Burnarj.

‘Slow Fashion Spain’: The Sustainable Fashion arrives at Burgo de Osma.
Slow Fashion Spain is an alliance of three professionals, two fashion designers and a biologist expert in permaculture, which aims to help professionals, small businesses and anyone interested in the fashion industry to understand the ethical and sustainable way and how to adapt to business of the future. Slow Fashion Spain is now proposing its Sustainable Fashion Course for professionals in the town of Soria Burgo de Osma, on days 8 to 10 December are invited to engage all stakeholders in the first workshop in a short time to learn the keys to textile sustainability.

As in many other sectors of the economy, sustainability in fashion continues to be a term and not widely misunderstood. For a professional textile, find authoritative information and truthful about what it means to be sustainable in the fashion world and what is good practice to carry out the activity generating the least impact is very difficult and complicated. The textile sector has enormous room for improvement with regard to their environmental impact and working conditions and safety of its employees. In this context arises “Slow Fashion Spain”, an alliance of three people (Gema Gomez, fashion designer by trade with experience in several countries, is the founder and coordinator, Maria Almazan, whose experience as a designer in the production of sustainable fashion is invaluable to the project, and Cesar Lema, biologist permaculture, which provides an overview of the whole process of inestimable interest) that seek to contribute their expertise to help it carry out the necessary change.

According to Gem Gomez says, ” To do things right, we must first know what the consequences of our current way of producing within the ‘fast fashion’, from matter to the garment through the tissue , and relate to different factors: the impact of the chemicals we use, CO2 emissions … until the end of product life cycle when, if we do anything about it, what we have produced and sold ends up in a landfill.

Also help us understand what are the best materials to use in the textile , if already on the market or if our business can be based on a matter that may have stopped production or a new one is coming.

Finally, the fact of knowing who is involved in the manufacturing process, how we care workers who help us make our company profitable and what kind of relationships we build with our allies in the battle to take a business forward in our day helps define the business that we create and how we can use these premises for a demanding client and conscientiously. “.

“Slow Fashion Spain” now offers those interested to attend their first training meeting to be held in the town of Soria Burgo de Osma from 8 to December 10, 2011 . These days will address all issues related to the factors involved in sustainable textile production.

” Our goal is to help you generate business strong and sustainable fashion over time to an increasingly demanding market and awareness, ” says Gema Gomez. “To this end, in addition to specific training in Sustainable Fashion, provide training for entrepreneurs, workshops on creativity to give a twist to our design and make it more competitive in an international market.
The director also likes the EBE

As we have been doing before, still wondering how you feel other health professionals on evidence-based practices referred to in general and nursing in particular.

The SACYL (institution in which my work development assistance) has committed to the promotion of evidence-based practices, and proof of this is the Bank of Evidence in Care workers who are joining SACYL slowly, with effort and dedication .

This Sunday we get to the views of Juan Carlos Island is an economist and social worker, and has worked in various administrations, sectors and countries. Since 2007 performed a job in Primary Care Management of Salamanca as managing director and general services. You can follow him on Twitter as @ jc_isla.

1. Do you think that nurses should base their work on evidence-based practices? Why?

Surely now is the optimal solution, however, must be constantly evolving to incorporate the best practices are adopted and modified with the technical-scientific and socio-demographic changes experienced by the population to which atiende.Asimismo is a guarantee both for the population served and for the professional and the system itself because it ensures quality care, reliable and decisive.

The professional work makes it easier because he knows how to deal with health status and offers opportunities to address the process of a patient with their circumstances, at the same time minimizing risks to potential claims of inadequate care.

Twitter
The user is given the treatment because it is trust that is contrasted and tested and has shown good performance, with which the patient has certainty that their attention is the best available and will be similar whether you are treated to a point care how to 20km or 2,000 km.

2. What do you think about the role of nursing in care management and its influence on the health of the citizens?

The role of nursing is important in the management of care as they often raise doubts that the patient is not made to the medical professional but the nursing staff. With great effort has gained the trust of the patient by nursing staff and sometimes the user is a kind of “fear” or uncomfortable to ask the doctor,-a, which does not occur with the nurse, that sometimes “translated” in a more “understandable” precise instructions to bring health care and the process of improving health. Furthermore, it can be the most insistent if the nurse and being in closer contact with the user and their environment, which facilitates the understanding, cooperation and trust.

3. Do you think that today is worth the effort to implement evidence-based care?

It’s worth no doubt, but be aware that the result is not immediately and not having the outcome in the short run may discourage both professionals and users, the results obtained in the half- long term and sometimes the timeframe is important to reread relevante.El effort to evaluate meta-analysis, randomized clinical trials, etc. and adjust the process and work tasks is also considerable reluctance with which these plays also against the development of EBE yet seen broad perspective the result is positive.

4. Other considerations that want to provide:

Thank the dedication and efforts of all /-os the /-os pioneer /-you for the hard work they are doing time and people have adapted BSE as a routine practice because it is in improving the practice of other professionals and the health of the populations they serve and that, unfortunately, may or may not ever know thank this effort and dedication. Keep doing this well and the other professionals who seek to engage in BSE programs.

Only remains for me to reiterate my thanks to Juan Carlos for giving us his thoughts his spirits. Felt supported the challenges facing otherwise, is not it?.

V is attending parents and professionals on STIMULATION AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT

This letter comes to me from George Serradilla, blog OFTEN Geniuses

Dear Parents, professionals and friends:

Almost two years ago that we first met a group of parents and professionals with the aim of exchanging experiences on infant stimulation, on the methods and therapies that we conducted with our children. In this first meeting, some parents began to learn and interested in novel therapies such as sensory integration, rhythmic movement therapy, Padovan, Doman, Berard, Osteopathy, etc.. After two years there are many children who are benefiting from this movement stimulation and child development, and it is good to see how we are increasingly concerned parents and professionals understand and implement this complex network “world” the stimulation.

As you know, blog -geniuses meudos born with this purpose, to raise awareness and share experiences and knowledge that we acquire, parents and professionals, not only because of infant stimulation, but also the environmental and nutritional context the child, increasingly linked with neurobehavioral disorders in children. So, the way has gotten us to this point of the journey, where Nemer benefits of infant stimulation are more efficient if we improve the physiological status of the child (maximizing the efficiency of therapy), if we avoid and improve environmental and nutritional environments . Where I go? A there is a significant relationship between infant stimulation (to enhance the capabilities of the child) and organic food (more generally, the environment). And that is why we are increasingly parents who laid the foundations of stimulation in which the child eats.

In order to discuss these issues and many more, next Sunday December 4, 2011 will make the V is attending parents and professionals interested in the stimulation and Child Development . This time I wanted to include the word “participatory” because it seeks to answer the questions raised both parents and professionals on methods, therapies, activities, green products, buying products, producers, etc.. As you said, we have reached a point along the way where the great family that we should become entity body must take a step further. As a group we can fight and benefit from numerous advantages. So I think you will find it more participatory and important in laying the foundations for the future. I invite all to attend and participate.

“Nothing can bring you peace but yourself”

Author: Ralph Waldo Emerson said that a simple way to train to deal with adversity, is working with small complaints. For example, if we are caught helplessly in the middle seat of the plane (a question that no one is excited), it is tempting to think so damn furious at our bad luck and end up frustrated and uncomfortable for the next hour journey. This means , feel good, to feel aggrieved. A This is called “get caught”.

Being “hooked” implies that something is causing an angry response and do not want to let go. We know that the consequences will not be good, but we can not resist the anger.

Inner peace is to work and especially in the days when we are upset, tasks pile up and become complicated at times, the sudden and accidental problems emerge and things are nothing, but not easy. It is on days like this, where our inner peace will be very useful to help us make good decisions and doing the right things.

The path to inner peace is not easy nor short. We can not wake up one day and decide that we will have peace of mind from that time. It is a process, a journey that must be evaluated at each step. We must be willing to let go of what is useless and needless. We must learn to accept our full range of emotions. We must be ready to escape what we believe to be and be ready to begin to discover who we really are. And we have to realize that only we have control over our responses and emotional reactions and that both can change for the better.

More on
Reflexion
Some signs and symptoms of inner peace:

â € ¢ A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears based on past experiences. â € ¢ An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment. â € ¢ Loss of interest in judging other people. â € ¢ Loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others. â € ¢ Loss of interest in the conflict. â € ¢ The loss of the ‘skill’ to worry. â € ¢ Feelings of contentment and connection with others and with nature. â € ¢ Frequent attacks of laughter. â € ¢ An increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen. â € ¢ Increased susceptibility to love as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it.

How is it possible to achieve inner peace?

1. Simplify. “Simplification of life is one of the steps toward inner peace. A persistent simplification will create an inner and outer well-being we seek harmony” 2. OK. “Acceptance of others, their looks, their behaviors, beliefs, brings inner peace and tranquility rather than anger and resentment.” 3. Forgiving. “inner peace can only be reached when practice forgiveness. Forgiveness is letting go of the past. 4. Do what you like. “Try not to ever be in a job you do not enjoy. If you’re happy in what you’re doing, you’ll have inner peace and have more success than you could have imagined. ” 5. Take care of your inner peace. “Do not rush, enjoy the silence and do everything with a quiet spirit. Do not lose your inward peace for anything. ”
